The Society of Accounting Education under (SOAE) which was established in August 2010 under a license issued by the Registrar Joint Stock Companies, City District Government Lahore, Government of Punjab, Punjab, Pakistan under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (Section XXI).
SOAE offered “Certified Financial & Management Advisor” (CFMA) is the main professional certification program launched for the on-going education and setting of qualifying standards to ensure professional competence of its members in the practice of accountancy. The main aim of CFMA qualification is to provide quality education in the Accountancy and Financial Management field.
There are four levels from Operation to Strategic to be achieved by the student. Its syllabus is covering almost all the aspects required in the field of accountancy and finance.
The objects of the SOAE are the promotion of the accounting profession through increasing knowledge, skill and proficiency of the CFMA members and students, to protect and promote the Students welfare and interest and to devise and impose means for testing the qualifications of the candidates for admission to the SOAE as members and for fitness, practice and character, subject to any statute in this behalf to practice accountancy.
SOAE is continuously conducting regional and national professional development seminars, workshops, forums, conferences, convocations to built the capacity of the students /members. Besides it, providing various certificate and diploma courses. SOAE will keep abreast of contemporary issues concerning to accounting standards, taxation updates, management consulting practices, financial planning and topical concerns with a special emphasis affecting the organization.

To enhance the capacities of the Graduates, Master of Commerce, Business Administration, M.Sc Economics, who deprived from the Main Stream Professional Qualification.
To Coupe the gap between the Main Stream Professional Accounting Degrees.
To conduct capacity building workshops, seminars, conferences, forums, learning innovation required to enhance the capabilities of the enrolled students.
To develop professional magazines, journals newsletters, books, periodicals and other professional publication etc.
To exchange visiting faculty outside Pakistan of delivering the lectures in the seminars, workshops, conferences, and forums etc.
To executive Memorandum of Understanding between, International Professional Bodies, like reciprocal degree arrangement, transfer of information, communication linkage and mutual collaboration for research and development activities.
To establish linkage between International Institutions for sharing of articles / publications and development techniques in the field of Accountancy / Business Management / Leadership Programmes/ Taxation Management / Auditing.
To create value by attending seminars / conferences/ forums in the International Universities/ Professional Institutes/ Bodies.
To arrange financial support from Donors, for awarding of scholarships to the Students/ Faculty for International study tours.
To help and create jobs for ACFMA, FCFMA, qualified from the SOAE at National and International Leval.
To introduce professional diploma, short courses, long courses, according to the need and development in the field of Accounting and Finance and enrolled the students as per admission criteria of the Institute.
To arrange CPD Prorammes regularly to improve the quality of professional subjects.
